Gardens of Joy Nursery was founded in that spirit: reconnecting to the natural world one plant at a time. Our relationship with plants stems from much more than simply consuming them and/or admiring them, but we also grow by and with them—who nurtures who?
Gardens of Joy is your source for beneficial, multifunctional plants for your garden or windowsill: from nasturtiums that serve as great ground covers, that also attract pollinators, are both beautiful and great with salad to sage which attracts pollinators, repels some pests, great as a companion plant, and is a tasty herb to add to your cooking.
Our plants are grown in Fox Farm Happy Frog Potting Soil.

Would you like to stare at concrete and asphalt all day? I know we don't so we moved from the city and now we live where the plants are and we're so crazy about plants we keep adding more! Kara is now back to having the kind of garden she had always wanted since working in her family's garden as a child. Now we would like to share that joy of gardening with you!
All jokes aside, we revel in the symbiotic relationship we have with our green friends and continuously explore the benefits and intricate relationships of ecosystems. When we're not being obsessed with plants (gardening), we can be found reading, working on crafts, cooking, hiking and looking at more plants... and mountains and stuff!
